We had a warm and well-lit meetup yesterday.  IL dropped by to show a lighting controller he made for Biržai city Christmas tree, we promptly opened it:

Simonas is getting ready to shoot a sci-fi movie. They need to create the lights of a flying spaceship, so he and miceuz teamed up to build a dimmable metal halide lamp. Miceuz is making an Arduino-based controller for its power supply:

Simonas was working on the lamp itself. That involved CNC-cutting molds for clay, making and testing several ceramic bulb sockets. Yesterday they tested the assembled lamp:
