Here’s a soundsystem ioch made from an old tube record player (for the box and speakers), a TDAnnnn TV sound amplifier microchip, and assorted components.

The box has been used lately for outdoor studying by persons academically inclined. TV parts are leftovers from experiments with Jacob’s ladders.

Note the incandescent lightbulbs among the electronics components below. They’re connected in in series with the loudspeakers in order to make the impedances equal. They also blink when the music is playing.
